These inspiring words displayed in Kathleen’s Maya Muse Studio/Gallery, serve as a reminder of her life choices to pursue and live her dreams as a creative Spirit. “My life’s work affords me the opportunity to explore and paint the energy of love, serenity and joy. When I enter my studio each day, my Spirit is uplifted and my life is enriched beyond measure.”
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Kathleen makes her home on the Oregon coast with her husband and family. Her family and friends are often used as inspiration for her paintings. With a personal story behind each piece of artwork, Kathleen paints with the rhythm and brushwork that comes from deep within her soul.

Kathleen Stupfél Hickey has exhibited her paintings both locally and nationally and has won numerous awards. Her paintings are in private and corporate collections throughout the United States. Kathleen has a BBA from the University of Portland in Oregon.
